MASSE TO INTRODUCE BILLS ON ACCESS TO INFORMATION, CREATING A NATIONAL ALZHEIMER’S OFFICE AND SMALL BREWERY TAX CREDIT IN PARLIAMENT

MASSE TO INTRODUCE BILLS ON ACCESS TO INFORMATION, CREATING A NATIONAL ALZHEIMER’S OFFICE AND SMALL BREWERY TAX CREDIT IN PARLIAMENT

 

OTTAWA, ON– Windsor West MP Brian Masse will introduce three bills in Parliament this afternoon including:

 

  1. An Act to Amend the Parliament of Canada Act and the Access to Information Act (transparency)
  2. An Act to amend the Public Health Agency of Canada (National Alzheimer Office)
  3. An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (small brewery tax credit).

 

These bills will be introduced during Routine Proceedings which today will be delayed due to a vote, and Mauril Belanger MP Day (parade and Acting Speaker for a portion of question period).  Routine Proceedings could start later than 3:30 p.m.  Masse’s bill introductions can be viewed online at: http://parlvu.parl.gc.ca/xrender/en.
