 MASSE TO INTRODUCE SINGLE-EVENT SPORTS BETTING BILL             

 OTTAWA, ON –          Brian Masse M.P. (Windsor West) will introduce his Single-Event Sports Betting Bill in Parliament. The Safe and Regulated Sports Betting Act is an Act to Amend the Criminal Code (sports betting) and will delete section 207 (4) (b).  This will grant provinces and territories the option to allow wagering on “any race or fight, or on a single sports event or athletic contest.”

 Routine proceedings begin at 3:00 p.m. in the House of Commons.
